My wife and son came in to get his hair cut. They were told it would be an hour wait and they would call then when he was next. They left for an hour, then came back and were told it would be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, a total of 2 hours, they still weren't called and walked out. The last time I walked in on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed to be told the barber that was doing walk in appointments had just left. It will be worth the extra drive to Greenwood or Wanamaker to get our hair cut. They may do a good job on your hair but they have A LOT to learn about customer service and taking care of your customers.
