Friendly staff, efficient, effective, and stick by the rules. I've experienced this process in KY and GA. Indiana is the best. They are kind and respectful to my Japanese wife unlike hateful racist Richmond Kentucky. You can retest the next day unlike Georgia where you have to wait a week. I failed my motorcycle written test, but I don't feel any stress from this. I will go in again soon. Definitely compliment them on their green shirts!!

My experience was horrible
The red head lady yelled at me for trying to sit with my wife to renew all of our plates for personal and business . She said " I can only help one person at a time !" . I found myself embarrssed in front of many people waiting . While my wife was renewing plates , I got up and down 8 times to give or confirm information. This place and lady has been rude for many years . This place has never changed. Don't recommend going here....... Oh wait , what choice do we really have . My suggestion , be rude back . Good luck to all who experience them .
I arrived 26 seconds late being there of 1 hour early & was denied of being able to take the endorsement b test. This place is RIDICULOUS! !!!!!
Best and friendliest BMV in Indiana. Every time I go they are fast and such great people to be around in there, and they know how to get there job done!! I miss going there but i'm sure others will enjoy going to the BMV and have a good experience like I did!!!
