The staff is friendly and helpful and usually always visible, and they greet you when seen, the maid service does a very good job keeping clean sheets and sanitized bathrooms available for guest.
I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The family that runs the hotel lives there (not a problem), but each time I come back there seem to be more families living there. Kids playing behind the counter, running through the halls, sitting on tops of the tables in the breakfast area while laundry is being folded in the same area. The adults sit in the lobby chairs and just stare at you as you come and go. There is no greeting from them or those behind the counter.
Breakfast is so so, only eggs and biscuits and gravy. Rooms are not very clean and missing random pieces of furniture.
They will bring you more towels, soap, shampoo, and other items if requested, and try to accommodate you.
They also have a free hot breakfast consisting of eggs, waffles, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, and bacon or sausage.
Very uncomfortable my last couple stays, will not stay there again.
They offer both smoke and smoke free rooms that have microwaves, small refrigerators, coffee makers, TVs, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, and more. They allow pets up to 30 pounds and up to 2 pets per room for an extra $15 per pet, per night fee.
Only advantages are the price of the rooms and proximity to restaurants and shopping.
*Update: with my most recent stay few complaints other than being woke up by someone using the exercise area before 8:00 a.m. Normally, not a problem. But when you have been up all night because you are sick, to be woken up by the sound of items in your room rattling from whomever is lifting weights in the next room is not ok. I took away a star because of that. Added information: If you pay cash, there is a $250 deposit.
They offer nice handicapped rooms for mobility, hearing and visually impaired persons too. Rooms cost about $70 to $110 plus taxes per night.
Love this particular place because they have Jacuzzi rooms. It's in a great location for shopping, food, hair salons, all within walking distance. There is a casino ten minutes away. They rooms are clean and affordable. There isn't a pool. Free breakfast and WiFi. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or if you just need to get off the road for the night.
This is a nice hotel in town and offers free parking for large trucks and buses, free local calls, Wi-Fi, wake-up service, clock radio/AM-FM, a fitness center, business area with fax, computer and internet, copier, printer and more!
They offer queen 1 bed suites with separate living room with sofa bed, or a 2 queen bed standard room. Also available are 1 king bed standard rooms or 1 bed king suites with 2 person hot tubs. All rooms have built into the wall heat and AC units that guest control.
I have stayed here multiple times and oddly the price is never the same. The rooms are clean. My biggest complaints are that the lighting could be better and the microwaves need to work and not beep continuously when you plug them in. A lot of temporary construction workers stay here so the halls can be a bit noisy. Several restaurants and stores in walking distance. Staff is always very friendly.
Room was clean, staff friendly. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Free breakfast offered in the morning was not friendly for someone on a low carb diet. No meat, lots of bread, fruit juices and scrambled eggs.
