It's ok , lot rent is outrageous. You could rent a house for same amount.

As far as trailer parks go, this one is pretty nice! Very well kept and clean. Super management and maintenance! Grass and grounds well maintained! Play areas for kids. Quiet area of town. Convenient store close. Schools close.
