For all of the poor reviews this place gets, you'd think they would do something about the issues concerning the drivers that bring their goods in to them. That just tells me they don't really care. Substandard bathroom facilities for the drivers. Slow unload times. As an owner/operator, I'm done delivering Kroger products. Unless they either raise the dates, or change their operations to be a bit more accommodating to the vendors who bring in their freight. I believe they forgot that without us, they have no product, without product, they have no stores. Shame on you Kroger!
Checked in an hour early , got a door half an hour after my appointment and got done unloading about 15 mins later. Nice place and friendly people! There is a lumper fee so be ready
There is nothing worse then having an appointment with a receiver and they are not ready for you. Didn't get a door until an hour and a half after my appointment time, and I was an hour early. This place is slow. I was there for a total of 7 1/2 hours. Smh
Haven't delivered here yet with it taking 6 hrs or less from start to finish, and I've been here 3 times. Makes you envy those owner operator's who can choose their own loads..
I was fully expecting by these reviews to be going into a horror show with this delivery that being said. I was 30 min early for my appt checked in put on dock unloaded and got my paperwork all in an hr and 15 min which is awesome for a shipper or consignee.The people were nice so for my experience this place was great and does not deserve the piss poor rating it has
