The kindest to my family over the loss of a beloved pet 2 years ago. The kind of veterinarian you would be greatful to have, not just a job for her, caring and compassionate. The staff is nothing but helful, funny, and down to earth. I thank you all for everything you do to help everyones pets!
We put a muzzle on my dog before administering the shots, and my dog did not like the muzzle or the shots, lol.
Cost was $104 total for exam and multiple shots. They do accept credit cards for payments. No one tried to hard sell any upgrades, but they did make recommendations.
I took my German Rottweiler here for his yearly vaccines and a check up. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They were able to get me in for the appointment on short notice.
The lobby and exam room were clean and nice looking. Plenty of parking and easy access to get into the property, which is also wheelchair accessible.
The Dr. Shelton was very professional and you could tell he has lots of experience working with animals.
Horrible place! Don't risk your loved ones lives by taking them here. Missed diagnosis during routine yearly with dog . told him dog was hurting...shaking and not even walking. gave him a small. it of aspirin which masked the pain. he did NOT even suggest a blood test to check basics. chalked it up to arthritis EVEN tho I had just told him Charlie was getting along better than ever prior to this. just said keep doing what u r doing. charlie went downhill and when we took charlie back he ran a blood test that revealed pancreatitis. so obviously he knew that a basic blood test was the way to go but chose not to. had he been a responsible vet Charlie could have been saved with a simple diet change. weeks later he will come home in a box. it would be one thing to search and miss. it is quite another to not even try or utilize basic science at your fingertips. he doesn't deserve to treat pets.
There was just a short wait in the exam room before the doctor came in, which gave the staff plenty of time to copy my pet's medical history.
Overall the appointment took about 30 minutes and all went well. They give you a print out of all shots given for your records.
Dr. Shelton, Dr. Kuhn-Smith and the entire staff have taken wonderful care of our pets for over 20 years. Thank you!

I helped hold my dog while the doctor administered the shots with the assistance of a staff member. The doctor was patient and took his time as I helped hold my dog still for the shots.
My dog and I left, and he was a happy boy ready to go for a ride to get home. I recommend this doctor and his office.
