I've never done this kind of thing but here it goes. My Review or rant which ever it is perceived as.- The people waiting on you are friendly & welcoming BUT my Opinion if you are a working class person with Insurance ( you know not Medicare , Medicaid, on Disability or an illegal Immigrant) and you have an up front large deductible, then the Charges from here are OMG outrageous for what you will have to pay before Insurance kicks in for no more results you get ,or at least in my case, no helpful results and bills OMG!! I was referred here by Major Hospital , you'll see why when you get your bill from here. Here's my breakdown of less than a 45 minute appointment. Sign in wait few minutes, taken to a room, few minutes later taken across hall for simple knee X-ray and back to room. Few minutes later doctor comes in with x-ray ask what problem is .I explain my pains he responds with "normal wear from old age (I'm in my mid 50s) live with it"." If it doesn't go away come back". Sends me across building to therapy where they show me how to exercise on a stairs. then send me home. So 1 x-ray, 2minutes with doctor, 5 minutes @ therapy. Not even so much as a prescription. Its been a month and pain is getting worse, people @ work are noticing its getting harder and harder for me to walk but I'm a tuff ol bird & I'll keep going, and so far I have received about $836 in bills .That's after Anthem talked them down about half price, still that's my portion. So I got nothing except for about $800 worth of bills and no help for my leg. THIS is why hard working Men in this country don't like going to doctors. Seriously If you don't got 10 grand (of Deductible) in you back pocket to just blow , why bother going at all , what did I get out of this? Still in pain and over $800 in debt.
