Seriously hit and miss on service. I went there to talk about an upgrade today and this kid gave me the slimy used car sales man vibe. Almost no real info on phones to give me a good feeling on why I would choose one phone over the next. I walked out.
Other times I have been there and they have been very helpful and very knowledgable. Guess it just depends on who you end up dealing with.
My dad went in to get smart phone activated. They were very nice. Store was clean and organized. No pushy up selling which is appreciated. Overall we were happy with experience.
