A very unprofessional company!!!! Their semi drivers block drives to other company loading docks. Very childish and unprofessional company
Management lied to my face on a regular basis. Employees that worked their butts off were placed side by side and forced to pick up the slack with the guys that gossiped all day & milked the clock rather than work. Cutting corners & producing subpar doors was encouraged by the "Leads" in the shop. The same "Leads" were a couple of the laziest guys in the building. Complete days would go by & the "Lead" would be missing & obviously didn't contribute anything to the build for the day. -(1)Poor management throughout the Shelbyville branch! (2)Shop "Leads" were a complete waste of company $. (3)Blind leading the blind was a common occurrence.(4)Overall good company, I was simply stuck working for an unprofitable, horrible branch.
