Ken is awesome! He's not like any other agents I know. Most agent's are about transactions. They make a sale and you never hear from them again. My last agent was like that. I bought a policy from him and I never heard from him for like ten years. That's why when I met Ken, I decided to go with him. I work at the call center and I met him because he was calling in to file a claim for one of his insured at midnight. I was like "wow, you're still working" and he's said yes. Told him, OK you need to be by agent. So I switched to him the next day and I have not regret it. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He's the kind of agent you want and need.
