Used them a couple times for closings on properties. Jenny Spivey was very good to work with. They has all the documents ready to go and were able to answer any questions I had and Jenny would reply back to my emails normally within a few minutes during business hours, or the next day if after hours.
I did have a tax issue with a filing at the courthouse and after a few emails to Jenny and calls to the courthouse, Jenny was able to get everything corrected and resolved in my favor.
They have a office building in the middle of town, clean, organized, well kept, as expected, and Jenny and the staff were very professional when dealing with them.
