Our waiter was just phenomenal! Need more people in this world like him. Great food too! But he made the experience worthwhile
Also to note, there has been multiple times I've heardembers fighting in the kitchen. The fact I hear it half way across the store is simply embarrassing. To watch an employee walk out of the store because he can't keep a cool head is absurd. Never mind you represent the whole store working in the front of house. Whoever that was should have been fired immediately.
Manger ran an organized and efficient restaurant. Best waiter ever was Burt. He was able to predict our needs and have them there before we could ask. Feel free to ask for Burt you will not be disappointed. Great food prepared as ordered.
I always get great servers. I never get great food though. Whether it be half fried pickles still stuck together and half frozen, wings undercooked, getting items I didn't even order, being out of half the menu, waiting over an hour for food with only half the store full, or just never getting my modifications correct, this store has been a complete disappointment. What would ideally be a place for my friends and I to get together drink and have wings, it is instead a constant reminder of how terrible management can lead to terrible quality and a terrible experience. I give 2 stars solely because I know the servers seem to genuinely care. However, their 'leaders' need to step it up.
Good food. Service and order accuracy are hit and miss sometimes but they do have a lot of servers come and go so I can understand. Has never kept me from going to get some good wings!
Great place to watch a game and great food! One of the only bad things about this place is the the service. Very very slow. I had to wait 13 minutes to receive a refill on my drink, the place wasn't even busy. Dinner can take up to 1 hour before you receive it. Otherwise a great place to hangout and eat!
Personally I've had nothing but improperly prepared food ordered here. Every, single, time. I was in the first group of customers to ever enter the restaurant because of my enthusiasm to support new business in town, however, this store needs new management quite evidently before I show any excitement again towards it.
