Better than just stopping at most fast food places, but nothing super great.
Toilet was broken, credit card machine didn't work, ice machine was broken, customers were cleaning their own tables, get the picture? Sub sandwich was good but this place needs management attention.
Good place to get a hot sub. Love the club and the cheese steak here. Usually the service is great, only complaint is the lack of meat on the subs compared to other Penn Stations, probably just trying to save money, but otherwise the subs are on point and keep me coming back.
Jamie doesn't know what she's talking about. every time I have gone in there it is fast and friendly. Usually they have them done in about 4-6 minutes. I love the food and the people are awesome. Now I will say however I have seen rude customers come in and well they usually sit there for a while longer. So in all actuality be a decent human being and order your food and they will be extremely kind to you.
They're hit and miss here. Some times it's good. Last time I was there my steak on my steak n cheese was chewy. It was also over loaded with onions.
