The food is very good but , the service (waiters and waitress) are the best. Friendly and prompt. We go back because of the staff there. I'm not related to any of them and we don't live in Shelbyville.
Very bad will not be returning!!! We waited almost 2 hrs to get our food, then they forgot my daughters order. The waitress was very unprofessional and every other word she used was the “F” word. We sat near the kitchen entrance and the staff was yelling cussing and arguing back and forth. When we asked to speak to the manager about my oldest daughters food bc the chicken was not cooked rite she came out rolled her eyes and said she knew it wasn’t cooked rite but they still sent it out smh will not return!!!!
The staff seemed disorganized. Especially for seating guests. The young lady doing that seemed confused. Each time a guest came in she was just looking around as if there was no seatimg plan. The waitress was nice, but didn't introduce herself. She just walked up and asked what we wanted to drink. They were out of iced cappuccino, blueberries and strawberries. The food was mediocre.
Never go here they take forever to het your food and have nasty attitude ls
I used to not like Denny's all that much but their new menu's are much better now. This location also just remodeled the inside a couple months ago, so everything looks nice and clean. Lots of parking in the large parking lot. They're just off the interstate exit into Shelbyville. Open 24 hours. Mostly American classic foods such as burgers, and their burgers are very nice sized and taste good. The service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are, mornings they are usually very busy. Good place sit down and eat especially if most other places in town are closed, ha.
