Normally a decent place. Tonight thought there's a manager screaming at a crew member in the store, food taking longer than it should have due to that. Makes for an uncomfortable experience.
Good food and clean facility. I couldn't give it more stars because the men's bathroom lock was broken and the employee taking our order didn't do a great job. We ordered to-go and was filling our drinks at the (slow) fountain and the employee just walked up and plopped a bag of food down on the counter near us. Didn't say a word. We weren't sure if it belonged to us or not. After examining it, we figured out it was our order. I also had to go back and get some disposable silverware because it was not included in our to go bag. Some improvement needed.
Chain food store that is less expensive than a place like Olive Garden, and the food is more fast food, but is presented well and tastes OK for the price. Nothing fancy, but service is fairly fast, staff is friendly, and drinks are nice and cold. Decent price for decent food, hard to find fast food Italian in town.
