Dining room was dirty. Kitchen had trash and food all over the floor. Employees were not changing gloves after scratching there face. Waiting time was horrible.
The chicken here is usually pretty good as it is at all KFC locations and the service seems to be ok, nothing outstanding just average. Sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook fresh chicken, which i think is better than getting chicken under the heat lamp that's been there for several hours, lol. They do not overfill the to go cups with mashed potatoes or slaw. The prices are a bit expensive for what you get but that tends to be the case at most KFC locations. If this location had a lunch buffet or an all time all day buffet I think they would be much much busier as the KFC in Greenfield with the buffet is normally steadily busy. Make sure you check your bag if you go through the drive through at this location as you may not have received any plastic ware napkins or other items. And also verify they have the correct order in your bag.
This KFC just recently did a remodel, inside & out. And being way over due, this was the owners best choice being business had dropped significantly. Clean, crisp, good seating & lighting. I will return as many of you should. Especially to get my green beans I paid for, yet weren't in my bag. Always check you order, anywhere you go!
My drumsticks were overcooked, my sandwiches were not made right. My experience was horrible. I called and they failed to fix my order, they failed to handle the situation professionally. I will be contacting their corporate office for this horrible experience. I will not be going back there. The remodel made the store look better but not the employees and the proper customer service.
General Manager is Great. You can certainly tell the service here is very good when you see him constantly coach his team in a wonderful way. Every place has a bad egg or two, that come and go until you find a good replacement team member. More Than half the time he doesn't have to tell any of his employees to do what they need to be. I'm a regular and I'd appreciate it if you guys never get rid of the Georgia Gold and great service I've received so far these past two years.
